On June 17, we converted to a new check imaging software. As part of this process we generated a statement for all checking accounts on June 16. As we move imaged data to our new system, please be aware you may not be able to access check images in Online Banking during this transitional period. We will make every effort to keep this interruption to a minimum. Our bank staff will have access to these images if research is necessary during this brief time.

** IMPORTANT NOTICES **

Special Alert: Neither Valley Bank nor the FDIC will ever email you and ask you for your Social Security number, account numbers, PIN numbers, etc. Do not click on any hyperlinks within this type of email or provide any personal financial information via this method of communication. Always contact the bank if you receive a suspicious email.

ONLINE BANKING ACCESS
To access Online Banking for the first time, click on Personal Enrollment. You may contact any Valley Bank employee for your initial password.

You can make transfers in Online Banking until 6:00 pm (Monday through Friday) and still have them processed the same day by using the Express Transfer option. Use the Scheduled Transfers option for future dated transfers only.
Access to checking and savings account history is provided for current and previous cycle.
