We are a full service, community bank with a strong commitment to
quality customer service. Serving North Mankato, Mankato, Minnesota Lake, Hector, Fairfax, Waterville, and the
surrounding area, we stand ready to assist you with all your financial needs.
In September of 2006, three area financial institutions under common ownership - Valley Bank established in 1963, Rural American Bank-Hector/Fairfax established in 1931, and Citizens State Bank of Waterville established in 1904 - merged under the name of Valley Bank.
With the mergers, the three institutions combined their significant, well-established strengths to offer comprehensive agricultural, commercial and consumer financial services. We continue to offer the same local management expertise, ensuring continuity and continued local decision-making. The result: more products and services, more convenience, and enhanced lending capacity to serve our communities.
