How to Enroll

How do I sign up for Online Bill Pay? 

• Please note that you must first be enrolled in Valley Bank’s Online Banking before you can enroll in Online Bill Pay.  To enroll in Online Banking please click on the “Personal Enrollment” link in the upper right hand corner of this screen and complete the “First Time Log In” information.  You must wait approximately 24 hours after enrolling in Online Banking before you can sign up for Online Bill Pay.
• Once you are an Online Banking Customer:  Login and simply fill in the required fields on the Online Bill Pay enrollment form - follow the prompts to set up your account.  Your Online Bill Pay usercode and password must be an exact match of your Online Banking usercode and password.
